Snack Time!

Disguised as the most tastiest, unusual food combo, this may seem like a most unusual snack, full of weirdly-sandwiched flavour combinations… But, you have to trust me on this one, it works… And it’s very tasty, just don’t skimp on any one ingredient!

Need a quick pick-me-up, or a little snack-before-dinner? This one is for you! Quite often, we’ll have this snack on it’s own (usually without the bread) after a climbing session, as there are plenty of carbs and protein, with ample flavour.

So, the snack? It’s cottage cheese, blueberries, peanut butter and maple syrup. Totally random, but totally delicious! On its own, or in a wrap, it’s a great snack.

More often, we just spoon everything into a ramekin and eat! Something about the mix of the salty peanut-butter, the sweet blueberries, a drizzle of maple syrup, and the smooth cottage cheese… it’s a winner combo!
