In case you haven’t had your fill of chocolate yet, here’s a good recipe for you. It’s healthy, not too sweet and tastes great!
Five ingredients to mix, 30 seconds in the blender, and 30 minutes in the fridge. A perfect quick chocolate-fix dessert for two.
Throw a frozen banana into the blender, along with some almond milk and vanilla extract.
Add in some chia seeds (bonus points if you can make a heart-shape 🙂 ) and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour into two glasses or ramekins and leave to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes (a few hours, if you have the time!).
Top with a few Cadbury Mini-Eggs, and you’re set!

- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Place the frozen banana, almond milk and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the chia seeds and cocoa powder, blend.
- Pour the mixture into two glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (longer, if you have the time).
- Garnish with mini-eggs for the full Easter experience!
